The Shepherd's Calender by Edmund Spenser and illustrated by Walter Crane. Published by Harper Bros, in 1898. A particularly nice copy. The cover is very bright with slight bumping to the corners. The end-papers are illustrated. The gutters show some cracking and as a consequence the hinges are tender but holding well. The book shows some minimal browning and is in very good condition internally.
