The Naturalist in La Plata by W.H. Hudson. Published by Chapman & Hall in 1892. A green cloth covered  book. The book has a slight tilt. The cover has a faded illustration and is otherwise soiled with worn and bumped edges. The spine has slightly faded gilt lettering. The gutters are cracked but the binding is still holding. There is a previous owner's name on a blank preliminary. There is some scattered foxing throughout. An interesting book but its condition is at best good.
