The History of Broken Hill by Leonard Samuel Curtis.
 
This was originally published in 1908 and this a facsimile edition (number 187) from the Adelaide State Libraries Board of South Australia in 1968. The book comes in a red vinyl cover with numerous black and white photographs. There is some very light spotting on the text-block edges and some minimal wear elsewhere.
