There is an impression on the front paste-down which suggests there may have been a previous name-plate there. The text-block edges are gilt.There is some light foxing through-out seen on the blank pages and on some of the blank areas around the illustrations as well as the title page. The illustrations have some colouring and are tinted sepia plates. The binding is tight and this is a very good plus copy.
