This is a hard-cover with dust-wrapper. The dust-wrapper is worn with 1.25x1.24 cm chip at the top of spine.The  owner's name to front paste-down. There is some browning  to the end-papers but it is in overall good condition. There are numerous black and white photos.148 pages. 187x235x14.
 
It is now covered in a non-adhesive, protective polypropylene wrapper. This was an important post-second world war book. There was an immediate need to construct houses and prefabrication was a way to accelerate this.
