Patience by W.S. Gilbert, 1911.

This was a hard-cover otherwise known as Bunthorne's Bride. It has colour illustrations by W. Russell Flint. The  book was published by G. Bell & Sons.

The book is really the libretto for the eponymous Gilbert and Sullivan operetta. Perhaps the most sought after feature of the book is Flint's illustrations.

The spine has been professionally rebacked. The cover shows some wear and soiling with fading of the gilt decorations proximal to the spine. There is a previous owner's name on an early blank. The text pages show foxing throughout, however the colour illustrations are clean and vivid. The binding is tight.
