New Zealand Painted by F.and W.Wright and Described by Hon. William Pember Reeves. Published by Adam and Charles Black in 1908. A cloth covered and highly decorated front-cover and spine with gilt lettering. The top and bottom have some chips and wear, the rest of the cover has slightly bumped corners and minimal wear. Some previous bookshop's markings on the front paste-down. The rear gutter shows some cracks but is holding well. There is a coloured folding map at the rear with some foxing. An early blank page shows considerable browning but otherwise the book shows slight browning only with occasional light foxing only. The colour illustrations are bright and clean.The binding is firm. A very good copy.
