Lullaby-Land by Eugene Field. Songs of Childhood. Selected by Kenneth Graham with delightful illustrations by Charles Robinson.  A hard-cover, first Canadian edition, published by Charles Scribner's Sons. The date of publication is confusing as the title page has the date of 1897 on it, however on the back of this page there is a reference to it being entered by an Act of Parliament of Canada in 1900.  I suspect it was published in 1900 using an earlier title page. The cover is burgundy cloth with very slightly faded gilt decorations and lettering on the front back and spine. There is some slight wear most obvious on the edges. The top of the text-block page edges is gilt and the rest are rough cut.There is a gift inscription on the free-front page. There is some very occasional foxing seen in what is a very good copy.
