Francis Greenway, His Life and Times by M.H.Ellis. published as first edition by the Shepherd Press in 1949. The cover is brown cloth with some probable water staining on the spine. The book comes with an uncommon dust jacket. It also shows some water staining on the spine and adjacent edges (seen on the front cover ion the photo). Otherwise the cover has some light soiling and a chip at the top of the spine (also visible in the photo at the top). The book is covered in a non-adhesive Brodart  book jacket. There is a previous owner's name on the front paste-down. There is some light foxing scattered throughout, more apparent on the preliminaries and a few other pages.. There is a previous owner's name over the half-title, "J.T.Reid M.L.A." The colour illustrations are bright and clean. The binding is tight.
